At Stayner Dentures we provide implant-secured dentures — removable dentures that attach to dental implants for improved stability, comfort, and everyday confidence. This option helps reduce denture movement, improves chewing function, and creates a more secure feel compared to traditional dentures.

Patients who want a stronger bite, less shifting, or greater retention often choose implant-secured dentures as an upgrade from conventional dentures.

Implant secured dentures

Implant-secured dentures (also called implant-retained dentures) are removable dentures that attach to a small number of dental implants placed in the jaw. The implants act as anchors, helping the denture:

  • Stay more secure while speaking and eating
  • Reduce slipping or lifting
  • Improve comfort and confidence
  • Provide stronger chewing support

Your denture can still be removed for daily cleaning and maintenance.

If you are transitioning from extractions, you may temporarily wear Immediate Dentures during healing.
